EDIGMA was challenged to empower ‘Pontos Activo’ with innovative solutions, always respecting the unique characteristics of the bank and give the clients a differentiating banking service experience.

The clients expectations and needs in retail banking has changed. Clients nowadays recognize ActivoBank as an innovative bank with unique digital solutions on the market. The attention to these details was essential to ensure the success of this project and the success of the implemented solutions.

EDIGMA choose to implement interactive solutions and digital signage, designed to meet the bank and its customers needs. Those solutions where supported by the ActivoBank values, such as simplicity, transparency, trust, innovation and accessibility.

Interactive tables with object recognition (OR)

ActivoBank give the clients the exclusive opportunity to interact with object recognition tables, a unique component in retail banking.

The tables provide a differentiating experience, where is possible to get information, in a dynamic way, about investments, accounts, insurance, cards, savings, perform credit simulations, access the site and even play a game.

Interactive Mupis

Interactive Mupis were designed to inform and educate customers about financial products.

It is possible to quickly and intuitively obtain information about accounts, cards, savings, insurance, loans and legal information.

Digital Signage

The digital signage network implemented at the branches was designed to capture customers attention and impact their decisions.

High-brightness LCD displays were inserted in LED frames, used to communicate the financial products and campaigns, always with dynamic and appealing content.
