In an increasingly competitive and dynamic sector like banking, Bankinter Portugal embraced a new form of physical-space digital communication. In partnership with EDIGMA, a digital signage solution was developed to transform the bank’s branches into dynamic brand communication platforms.

The goal of the project was to create a direct, modern, and impactful channel between the bank and its customers — as well as potential clients passing through its branches. The main challenge lay in modernizing institutional and promotional messaging within the physical space, fostering greater engagement and visibility.

EDIGMA designed and implemented an integrated solution composed of strategically placed digital screens and deconstructed LED elements, tailored to the unique architecture of each branch. This approach created distinctive yet seamlessly integrated communication surfaces, turning each storefront into a visually striking and informative point of contact.

With real-time content updates, these branches become living, responsive spaces that not only reinforce the bank’s visual identity but also enhance the overall customer experience. Campaigns, services, and institutional messages are now delivered with precision and immediacy.
