EDIGMA has been shortlisted to the “Oscars” of interactivity”
The Portuguese company has been nominated again for the Best Project award at the InAvation Awards 2024, after winning the award in 2023.
The InAvate Magazine and ISE have named EDIGMA as a finalist in the “Visitor Attraction” category of the 2024 InAvation Awards for its work on the Exhibition Center of Sagres Promontory. The company was responsible for coordinating and implementing the new museum experience.
The InAvation Awards are synonymous with excellence in the field of interactivity and audiovisual worldwide. From technology manufacturers and distributors to consultants and integrators, the participants represent the best that is done in the entire industry.
The Exhibition Center of Sagres Promontory is a knowledge space with interactive and multimedia components dedicated to the Portuguese Discoveries and the figure of Infante D. Henrique and how they relate to Sagres and the Fortress.
“This is a recognition that honors us, of a project based on a differentiating exhibition narrative, using technological solutions, which exalt the history of the Discoveries. Winning this award in 2023 and returning to be finalists already in 2024 is demonstrative that, despite competing among the best in the world, we have arguments and knowledge to continuously incorporate innovative solutions into our clients’ projects, respecting the company’s premise of building experiences for people,” said Miguel Oliveira, CEO of EDIGMA.
It should be remembered that the company has been consistently among the best in the world in the sector, winning the award four times, in 2023 in the “Smart Building” category, in 2016 in the “most innovative retail project” and in 2010 and 2011 with the award for most innovative Digital Signage projects. In 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, it consistently featured among the finalists.
The ceremony for these awards, considered to be the “Oscars” of audiovisual and interactivity, will take place in Barcelona at the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya on January 30, 2024, where excellence in AV design, integration, and management will be recognized worldwide.
