Interactive Tables

Esposende kicked-off the sequence of openings. A multitouch table with videos, images and documents, and a wall-mounted multitouch display with “Visite Esposende” Facebook page, websites and a news feed, invites people to discover more about this wonderful seaside city. Functioning as a 24h extension of this tourism store, there is also a multitouch window, allowing passersby to interact with images, videos and a weather widget.

Project Expansion

Then, it was Santo Tirso’s turn to embrace the future of tourism. There, EDIGMA provided two hardware solutions: a display and a multitouch table. Two days later, Ponte da Barca became the first municipality of Viana do Castelo’s district to have a Tourism Interactive Store, equipped with similar devices. Finally, Braga, the Capital of Minho, counted with a disruptive multitouch table, similar to the one’s installed in the other 3 tourism stores.
