The Immersive Territory

Video
Video

The permanent exhibition of the Vila Real Science Center tells the story of the formation of the Transmontano and Douro region, from its origin to the present day. Through six modules, visitors are invited to take a journey back in time and discover how geology, hydrology, botany, zoology, climate, and landscapes have shaped this region.

The modules are organized chronologically, allowing visitors to understand the evolution of the territory over time. EDIGMA implemented the various experiential modules that allow visitors to absorb themselves. Through 3D video projection, through the tunnel and the immersive carriage, to the various interactive solutions, there are many resources that build this science center.

The permanent exhibition is an important contribution to the promotion of science and environmental education. It is a must-see for anyone who wants to learn more about the Transmontano and Douro region.
