Decsis challenged Edigma to help raise the level of customer service and support by implementing the queueing platform at its Samsung authorized customer service store in Lisbon.
Through the implementation of the queueing platform parameterized according to the needs of the customer service center, it was possible to optimize the service and improve the customer visit experience.
At the entrance, we are welcomed by the ticket dispenser, where it is possible to take the ticket in accordance with the desired service, check-in previous appointments, and use priority service if necessary.

Two digital displays strategically positioned give customers the information about the tickets call, one inside of the store and the other in the storefront to communicate to the outside of the store.
Decsis is now prepared to answer to the customer’s needs, prioritizing the safety of customers and branch teams and being able to make better management decisions through the data generated by the platform in real-time.
