Requirements and Desired Profile:

• Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar field
• Demonstrated experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology sector
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Highly proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work as a team, and maintain a positive and practical attitude
• Ability to analyze and solve problems

Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring that the company’s human resource needs are met efficiently and effectively, contributing to people management, culture, and team development
• Establish measures that promote the company’s culture and values in an environment of respect, trust, transparency, and open communication
• Manage and develop recruitment processes, including selection, integration, training, performance evaluation, and career plans
• Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
• Create talent attraction and acquisition procedures
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to human resources
• Manage employee conflicts and issues
• Develop, budget, and execute strategic human resource plans
• Align with quality management system standards
