The official SC Braga store, located in the Braga Parque shopping center, represents a meeting point for members, fans and supporters of the club where the Gverreira culture can be seen. EDIGMA was challenged to enrich the experience in this space and ensure the immersion in the club’s identity.
This was the time to look at the store in a disruptive way and improve the purchasing process, this was possible thanks to the implementation of the queue management system and the installation of a high-resolution indoor LED screen.
The powerful queue management platform, developed by the internal team dedicated to the customer journey, was parameterized according to the needs of the store and the club to enhance the service and provide business data that enables its management to improve their decisions.
At the entrance, we are greeted by the ticket dispenser, where it is possible to pick the paper ticket or choose the SMS ticket. Thanks to the SMS notification system, visitors can carry out other activities while waiting for their turn, reducing perceived waiting time.
The LED screen that brings the club’s content to life is 5 meters long and 1.5 meters high, with a resolution of 2.6 pixels. Due to its size and position, this is the tool that allows store managers to define the atmosphere they want to give the space at different times of the day and highlight special occasions.
